The world is not to be renounced; it slips away with the Truth.
Life is a positive achievement; not a negative renunciation. And, as your witnessing consciousness deepens, newer levels of bliss begin to unfold before you. In the same proportion the levels of pain and sorrow get left far behind.
Just as when pearls and diamonds fall in your palm the stones automatically fall; you don’t throw them away; they just lose their meaning and become redundant. You don’t renounce trash every day when you throw it in the garbage bin. Similarly, you don’t give up the world when you get a glimpse of the truth; it just slips away.
Kabir says: Hari ke naam ke vyapari. Heera hath charhya nirmolak chhoot gayi sansari. I am a dealer of Hari nam. I have laid my hands on a priceless diamond and the material world has fallen out of my grip.
