ਇਹੁ ਮਨੁ ਨਿਹਚਲੁ ਹਿਰਦੈ ਵਸੀਅਲੇ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮੂਲੁ ਪਛਾਣਿ ਰਹੈ।।
ਨਾਭਿ ਪਵਨੁ ਘਰਿ ਆਸਣਿ ਬੈਸੈ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਖੋਜਤ ਤਤੁ ਲਹੈ।।
ਸੁ ਸਬਦੁ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਨਿਜ ਘਰਿ ਆਛੈ ਤ੍ਰਿਭਵਣ ਜੋਤਿ ਸੁ ਸਬਦਿ ਲਹੈ।।
ਖਾਵੈ ਦੂਖ ਭੂਖ ਸਾਚੇ ਕੀ ਸਾਚੇ ਹੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਾਸਿ ਰਹੈ।।
ਅਨਹਦ ਬਾਣੀ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਜਾਣੀ ਬਿਰਲੋ ਕੋ ਅਰਥਾਵੈ।।
ਨਾਨਕ ਆਖੈ ਸਚੁ ਸੁਭਾਖੈ ਸਚਿ ਰਪੈ ਰੰਗੁ ਕਬਹੂ ਨ ਜਾਵੈ।।੬੫।।

Eh mann nehchal hirday vaseealey gurmukh mool pachhan rahey.
Naabh pavan ghar aasan baisey gurmukh khojat tatt rahey.
Su shabad nirantar nij ghar aachhey tribhavan jot su shabad lahey.
Khaavey dookh bhookh saachey ki saachey hi triptaas rahey.
Anhad bani gurmukh jaani birla ko arthaavey.
Nanak aakhey sach subhaakhey sach rapey rang kabhoo na jaavey.65.

इह मन निहचल हिरदै वसीअले गुरमुख मूल पछाण रहै।।
नाभ पवन घर आसण बैसै गुरमुख खोजत तत लहै।।
सु सबद निरँतर निज घर आछै त्रिभवन जोत सु सबद लहै।।
खावै दूख भूख साचे की साचे ही तृपतास रहै।।
अनहद बाणी गुरमुख जाणी बिरले को अरथावै।।
नानक आखै सच सुभाखै सच रपै रँग कबहू न जावै।। 65।।

Answer: Grounded in his consciousness the gurmukh finds the truth.
Sitting still and breathing from the navel, the gurmukh finds the essence of reality.
When Naam resounds in his heart, the gurmukh sees the light that illumines the three worlds.
Having become one with the divine, the gurmukh has no desire left of his own.
The gurmukh remains immersed in the unstruck sound of Naam. Very few can see this.
Then whatever he says is the truth for he is coloured in the indelible divine colours.
