ਸੁੰਨੋ ਸੁੰਨ ਕਹੈ ਸਭੁ ਕੋਈ।।
ਅਨਹਤ ਸੁੰਨੁ ਕਹਾ ਤੇ ਹੋਈ।।
ਅਨਹਤ ਸੁਨਿ ਰਤੇ ਸੇ ਕੈਸੇ।।
ਜਿਸ ਤੇ ਉਪਜੇ ਤਿਸ ਹੀ ਜੈਸੇ।।
ਓਇ ਜਨਮਿ ਨ ਮਰਹਿ ਨ ਆਵਹਿ ਜਾਹਿ।।
ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮਨੁ ਸਮਝਾਹਿ ।।੫੨।।

Sunno sunn kahey sabh koyee.
Anhat sunn kaha te hoyee.
Anhat sunn rattey se kaisey.
Jis te upjey tis hi jaisey.
Oye janam na mareh na aaveh jaahey.
Nanak gurmukh mann samjhaaye. 52.

सुँनो सुँन कहै सभ कोई।।
अनहत सुँन कहा ते होई।।
अनहत सुन रते से कैसे।।
जिस ते उपजै तिस ही जैसे।।
ओए जनम न मरे न आवे जाए।।
नानक गुरमुख मन समझाए।। 52।।

Question: Everyone talks about this state of shunya
But how does one arrive at this state of being?
What do they look like who have achieved this state?
Answer: They are like the Creator who has created them.
They are beyond the cycle of birth and death, they don’t come and go.
They have attained this state of being with the Guru’s guidance.
