ਹਉ ਹਉ ਮੈ ਮੈ ਵਿਚਹੁ ਖੋਵੈ।।
ਦੂਜਾ ਮੇਟੈ ਏਕੋ ਹੋਵੈ।।
ਜਗੁ ਕਰੜਾ ਮਨਮੁਖੁ ਗਾਵਾਰੁ।।
ਸਬਦੁ ਕਮਾਈਐ ਖਾਈਐ ਸਾਰੁ।।
ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਏਕੋ ਜਾਣੈ।।
ਨਾਨਕ ਅਗਨਿ ਮਰੈ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਭਾਣੈ।।੪੬।।

Hau hau mai mai vichoh khovey.
Duja metey eko hovey.
Jag kararha manmukh gavaar.
Shabad kamaayeeye khayeeye saar.
Antar bahar eko jaaney.
Nanak agan marrey satgur ke bhaaney. 46.

हउ हउ मै मै विचों खोवै।।
दूजा मेटे एको होवै।।
जग करड़ा मनमुख गावार।।
सबद कमाईए खाईए सार।।
अँतर बाहर एको जाणै।।
नानक अगन मरै सतगुर कै भाणे।। 46।।
