ਪੂਰੇ ਗੁਰ ਤੇ ਨਾਮੁ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਇ।।
ਜੋਗ ਜੁਗਤਿ ਸਚਿ ਰਹੈ ਸਮਾਇ।।
ਬਾਰਹ ਮਹਿ ਜੋਗੀ ਭਰਮਾਏ ਸੰਨਿਆਸੀ ਛਿਅ ਚਾਰਿ।।
ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਜੋ ਮਰਿ ਜੀਵੈ ਸੋ ਪਾਏ ਮੋਖ ਦੁਆਰੁ।।
ਬਿਨੁ ਸਬਦੈ ਸਭਿ ਦੂਜੈ ਲਾਗੇ ਦੇਖਹੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ।।
ਨਾਨਕ ਵਡੇ ਸੇ ਵਡਭਾਗੀ ਜਿਨੀ ਸਚੁ ਰਖਿਆ ਉਰ ਧਾਰਿ।।੩੪।।

Poorey gur te naam paaya jaaye.
Jog jugat sach rahey samaaye.
Barhe meh jogi bharmaaye sanyasi chhey chaar.
Gur ke shabad jo marr jeevey so paaye mokh duaar.
Bin shabadey sabh dujey laagey dekho ridey bichaar.
Nanak vaddey se vaddbhaagi jinni sach rakhya ur dhaar. 34.

पूरे गुर ते नाम पाया जाए।।
जोग जुगत सच रहै समाए।।
बारह मह जोगी भरमाए सन्यासी छह चार।।
गुर के सबद जो मर जीवै सो पाए मोख दुआर।।
बिन सबदै सभ दूजै लागे देखो रिदै बीचार।।
नानक वडे से वडभागी जिनी सच रखिआ उर धार।। 34।।

You can get to Naam only with the help of the true guru.
The real yoga is to remain immersed in Naam.
Otherwise the yogis wander in twelve sects and the sannyasis in ten.
Only those who dissolve themselves in Naam get to the door of liberation.
Look within and see that without Naam everyone is engrossed in the world.
Only a few fortunate ones have housed the truth in their hearts.
