ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਬੈਸਿ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਰਹੀਐ ਚਾਲਹਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਾਏ।।
ਸਹਜੇ ਆਏ ਹੁਕਮਿ ਸਿਧਾਏ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਦਾ ਰਜਾਏ।।
ਆਸਣਿ ਬੈਸਣਿ ਥਿਰੁ ਨਾਰਾਇਣੁ ਐਸੀ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਪਾਏ।।
ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਬੂਝੈ ਆਪੁ ਪਛਾਣੈ ਸਚੇ ਸਚਿ ਸਮਾਏ।। ੩।।

Ghat ghat bais nirantar raheeye chaaley satgur bhaaye.
Sahaje aaye hukam sidhaye Nanak sada rajaaye.
Aasan baisan thir narayan aisee gurmat paaye.
Gurmukh boojhey aap pachhaney sachey sach samaaye. 3.

घट घट बैस निरँतर रहीए चाले सतगुर भाए।।
सहजे आए हुकम सिधाए नानक सदा रजाए।।
आसण बैसण थिर नरायण ऐसी गुरमत पाए।।
गुरमुख बूझे आप पछाणे सचे सच समाए।। 3।।

Nanak said: I live in the One that resides in every heart
I move according to the Guru’s instructions following the divine will
I identify with the Immovable even when I am moving or am still
Gurmukh is one who knows himself and remains immersed in the Truth.
