ਸੁੰਨ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਦੀਜੈ ਬੰਧ।।
ਉਡੈ ਨ ਹੰਸਾ ਪੜੈ ਨ ਕੰਧ।।
ਸਹਜ ਗੁਫਾ ਘਰੁ ਜਾਣੈ ਸਾਚਾ।।
ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਚੇ ਭਾਵੈ ਸਾਚਾ।।੧੬।।

Sunn nirantar deejey bandh.
Uddey na hansa parhey na kandh.
Sahaj gufa ghar jaaney saacha.
Nanak saachey bhaavey saacha. 16.

सुँन निरँतर दीजै बँध।।
उडै न हँसा पड़ै न कँध।।
सहज गुफा धर जाणे साचा।।
नानक साचे भावे साचा।। 16।।
