ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਮੁਕਤਾ।।
ਅੰਤਰਿ ਬਾਹਰਿ ਸਬਦਿ ਸੁ ਜੁਗਤਾ।।
ਮਨਮੁਖਿ ਬਿਨਸੈ ਆਵੈ ਜਾਇ।।
ਨਾਨਕ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਾਚਿ ਸਮਾਇ।।੧੩।।

Ghat ghat gupta gurmukh mukta.
Antar bahar shabad so jugta.
Manmukh binsey aavey jaaye.
Nanak gurmukh saach samaaye. 13.

घट घट गुपता गुरमुख मुकता।।
अँतर बाहर सबद सु जुगता।।
मनमुख बिनसै आवै जाए।।
नानक गुरमुख साच समाए।। 13।।

Answer: The one and only creator lives in every heart
The gurmukh is free and is united with the creator inside out,
The manmukh comes and goes and is destroyed
While the gurmukh remains immersed in the divine always.
