ਅੰਤਰਿ ਸਬਦੁ ਨਿਰੰਤਰਿ ਮੁਦ੍ਰਾ ਹਉਮੈ ਮਮਤਾ ਦੂਰਿ ਕਰੀ।।
ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਨਿਵਾਰੈ ਗੁਰ ਕੈ ਸਬਦਿ ਸੁ ਸਮਝ ਪਰੀ।।
ਖਿੰਥਾ ਝੋਲੀ ਭਰਿਪੁਰਿ ਰਹਿਆ ਨਾਨਕ ਤਾਰੈ ਏਕੁ ਹਰੀ।।
ਸਾਚਾ ਸਾਹਿਬੁ ਸਾਚੀ ਨਾਈ ਪਰਖੈ ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਬਾਤ ਖਰੀ।।੧੦।।

Antar shabad nirantar mudra haumey mamta door kari.
Kaam krodh ahankar nivaarey gur kea shabad so samajh pari.
Khintha jholee bharpur rahya Nanak taarey ek Hari.
Saacha sahib saachi naayee parkhey gur ki baat khari.10.

अँतर सबद निरँतर मुद्रा हउमै ममता दूर करी।।
काम करोध अहँकार निवारे गुर के सबद सु समझ परी।।
खिँथा झोली भरपुर रहिआ नानक तारे एक हरी।।
साचा साहिब साची नाई परखे गुर की बात खरी।।10।।

“The method is to let Naam reside in your heart continuously
And remove ego and attachment from it.
Shed lust, anger, ego and make room for the Guru’s word.
Wear the mantle of Naam which is the only saviour
Come and see for yourself the one and only master.
