Gurbani is poetry par excellence. Gurbani is like the ocean, vast and deep. Gurbani is pictures in words; it is sermons in songs and stories in poems, it is music in thought, it is the ocean contained in a sea shell. Gurbani is wisdom of centuries contained in a minimum of words. It is like the flowing river. You can look at its beauty from a distance and admire it. You can participate in the song and enjoy it. You can drink deep into it and get intoxicated on it. You can let it sink deep into your heart and get elevated to an entirely different plane of consciousness.

One lifetime is not enough to savour all that Gurbani has to offer. No wonder, most of it remains unexplored. The singers enjoy singing Gurbani all their lives and never tire of it. The musicians revel in the intricacies and purity of the ragas and spend their lives perfecting the art of music. The thinkers philosophise and contemplate the teachings of the Gurus. The scholars write scholastic treatises on the thought and theology of Gurbani. We are just a bunch of revellers who want to share our love for Gurbani with you.
